• A “non-refundable” deposit equal to 50% on an approved credit card confirms your reservation and is due when your reservation is made. Please be certain of your dates when making your reservation and receiving your confirmation. Deposits apply only to the specific dates reserved and will not be re-applied to another date. The remaining balance of your rental is due at Check-In. Absolutely no refunds for early departure or late arrivals-No exceptions. In the event you must cancel, your deposit will be refunded only if we are given notice at least one month prior to your arrival date AND also provided we are able to re-book the cabin for the full time reserved. A $75.00 processing fee will apply. Reservations that do not cancel and end up “NO-SHOW’S” will be charged for the full time reserved.

• Rental charges will be determined by the base rate per unit, plus any additional charges, for the full time reserved. Customers will be charged for broken or missing items or additional cleaning. Air-conditioners, extra lighting, additional appliances, tents and campers are not allowed.

• Bed linens and dishtowels will be furnished at no additional cost; however, you must furnish your own bath towels, bath soaps.

• Each cabin is fully furnished with a TV, microwave, K-cup coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, silver, glasses and misc. utensils. A Weber grill, picnic table, 2 Adirondack chairs and firewood are also provided.

• We have a limited number of pack-n-plays, high-chairs and air-beds available upon request. $10 nightly fees apply to air-beds. **$25 nightly fees will apply for extra guests beyond base rate occupancy.

• NEW – Pontoon Boat Rentals Available Dockside.

• We sell gasoline and oil dockside.

• Other amenities include coin-op laundry & detergents, two swimming/sand beaches, swim raft, playground, boat parking, enclosed fish cleaning house, campfire pits, sand volleyball court, basketball court, tennis courts, game room, and 1500’ of one of the Northwood’s finest southern-exposed shorelines.

• Visit “Joe’s Taproom” and “Rena’s Place” for panoramic lake-view relaxation, spirits, and rustic lake lodge dining.

• Weekly Rentals run from Saturday To Saturday.

• Nightly Rentals offered during Off-Season Periods only.  2 night minimum.  3 night minimum during Holidays and Special Events.
