- A non-refundable
deposit of $200.00 on an approved credit card confirms your reservation
and is due when your reservation is made. If no deposit is made when
you make your reservation, your rental will be available to the first
interested party who offers a deposit. The remaining balance of your
rental is due when you Check-In.
- Rental
charges will be determined by the base rate per unit, plus any additional
charges, for the full time reserved. Customers will be charged for broken
or missing items.
- Bed linens
and dishtowels will be furnished at no additional cost, however, you
must furnish your own bath towels, bath soaps and dish soap.
- Coin-Op
laundry services are provided on the premises.
- Each cabin
is fully furnished with a TV, VCR, microwave, automatic coffee maker,
pots/pans, dishes, silver, glasses and misc. utensils.
- Boats,
Motors, Oars, Anchors & Life Vest rentals on first come, pre-sign
up basis.
- Weber
Grills, Picnic Tables and Firewood are provided for each cabin.
- We have
a limited number of porta-cribs, high chairs, and rollaways available
upon request.
- We sell
premium gasoline and oil on the premises.
