| A "non-refundable" deposit equal to 50% on an approved credit card confirms your reservation and is due when your reservation is made. Please be certain of your dates when making your reservation and receiving your confirmation. If no deposit is made when you make your reservation, your rental will be available to the first interested party who offers a deposit. Deposits apply only to the specific dates reserved and will not be re-applied to another date. The remaining balance of your rental is due at Check-In. Absolutely no refunds for early departures? No exceptions. In the event you must cancel, your deposit will be refunded only if we are given notice at least one month prior to your arrival date AND also provided we are able to re-rent the cabin for the full time reserved. A $50.00 processing fee will apply. Reservations that do not cancel and end up "NO-SHOW's" will be charged for the full time reserved. Returned items subject to a minimum $20.00 fee. |
